I am Kakika M. Eubanks, the CEO/Executive Director of Lil' Bo Peep Learning Center, LLC. 1 & 2. I am a native of Thomson, Georgia. I have been working in childcare industry for over 25 years. My first center is located in Thomson, Georgia (McDuffie County). My second location is located in Wrens, Georgia (Jefferson County)

I have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. All of my children are currently employed by Lil' Bo Peep Learning Center, LLC. They range from assistant directors to lead teachers. 

While in college, I worked at a daycare center for 3 years. I ended up resigning and started babysitting in my neighborhood. At this time, I had 3 children and had a hard time finding affordable daycare. I then decided to become a stay-at-home parent, while my husband worked. I later became an in-home family childcare provider in 1999. I obtained my license December 1,2000. Later on, March 10, 2006, I became an in-home group childcare provider. I officially opened my first center August 24, 2009, and my second location February 8, 2021.

I currently have a degree in Business Administration and Early Childhood Education. I plan on obtaining a Master's in both Business and Early Childhood Education in the upcoming future.

I am proud to say both centers are Quality Rated, and all of my staff are trained in CPR, First Aid, and Fire Safety, with credentials in Early Childhood Education.
